1. About RaqFlow
RaqFlow is a technology platform that connects customers with local vendors, delivery riders and service providers across Nigeria.
RaqFlow currently operates in Oye-Ekiti and is actively expanding to student communities and cities across Nigeria.
RaqFlow is operated by Raqbox Technova Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a valid email address
- You must be located in an active service area
By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Customer Terms
Placing orders
- Browse available vendors
- Add items to your cart
- Enter your delivery address
- Complete payment to confirm your order
Cancellation policy
- Food, grocery and pharmacy orders cannot be cancelled after placement
- Your order goes straight to the vendor the moment it is placed
- Contact our support team if something goes wrong with your order
Ride cancellation
- You may cancel a ride request only before the first bid arrives
- Once a rider submits a bid, cancellation is no longer available
Wallet
- Top up your wallet using a debit or credit card
- Your wallet balance can be used for any RaqFlow service
- You may withdraw your wallet balance at any time, subject to:
- Minimum withdrawal of ₦500
- Withdrawals above ₦100,000 are subject to a 24-hour security review
- Bank account details required
- Processing within 1-3 business days
Service fees
A service fee is charged on every order and ride:
- Food, grocery, pharmacy and laundry orders: ₦290
- Rides: ₦190
Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. These fees are subject to change with prior notice to users.
4. Vendor Terms
Application and approval
- Vendors must apply and be approved before listing on RaqFlow
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any vendor listing
Fees
- RaqFlow does not currently charge vendors any commission or subscription fees
- This is subject to change with 30 days written notice to affected vendors
Vendor responsibilities
- Keep your menu and pricing accurate
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Confirm or decline orders promptly
- Do not share customer contact details outside the platform
- Do not direct customers to order outside RaqFlow
Earnings and withdrawals
- Vendor earnings are credited to your RaqFlow wallet when the rider collects the order
- The same withdrawal rules apply:
- Minimum ₦500
- Withdrawals above ₦100,000 are subject to a 24-hour security review
- Processing within 1-3 business days
Suspension
Vendors may be suspended for:
- Repeated order rejections
- Food safety or quality complaints
- Directing customers off the platform
- Fraudulent activity
5. Rider Terms
Application and approval
- Riders must apply and be approved
- A valid NIN is required
- You must own a suitable vehicle
How earning works
- Riders bid on delivery and ride requests from customers
- Riders keep the full fare
- RaqFlow does not currently charge riders any commission
- This is subject to change with 30 days notice
Earnings and withdrawals
- Rider earnings are credited to your wallet after each completed job
- Minimum withdrawal: ₦500
- Withdrawals above ₦100,000 are subject to a 24-hour security review
- Bank account required
- Processing within 1-3 business days
Conduct
- Riders must be professional and courteous at all times
- Customer phone numbers are only accessible during an active job
- Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension
6. Ambassador Program
Eligibility
- You must have completed at least one order on RaqFlow
How it works
- Each ambassador receives a unique referral code every week
- Your code resets every Monday at midnight
- When someone uses your code and places an order you earn:
- ₦100 for food, grocery, pharmacy or laundry orders
- ₦50 for rides
Rules
- You cannot use your own referral code
- Circular referral arrangements are not permitted
- Codes cannot be transferred or sold to others
Withdrawals
- Minimum ₦500
- Withdrawals above ₦100,000 are subject to a 24-hour security review
- Bank account required
- Processing within 1-3 business days
7. Payments
- All payments are processed securely by Paystack, a licensed payment processor in Nigeria
- RaqFlow does not store your card details
- Service fees are applied to every order and ride
- Fees are non-refundable once an order is confirmed
- Withdrawals above ₦100,000 are subject to a 24-hour security review, and all withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days
- Please ensure your bank account details are correct before requesting a withdrawal
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Place fake or fraudulent orders
- Harass or abuse vendors, riders or other users
- Share another user's contact details without permission
- Attempt to conduct transactions outside the RaqFlow platform
- Abuse the ambassador referral program
- Provide false information during registration or verification
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to access RaqFlow
9. Suspension and Termination
- RaqFlow may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms
- Users may appeal a suspension by contacting hello@raqflow.com
- RaqFlow reserves the right to withhold funds during investigation of suspected fraudulent activity
10. Limitation of Liability
RaqFlow is a technology platform connecting independent parties. RaqFlow is not a vendor, restaurant, pharmacy or transportation company.
RaqFlow is not liable for:
- The quality or safety of food or products
- The conduct of independent riders
- Delivery delays beyond our control
- Loss or damage during delivery
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid on the relevant transaction.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction within Nigeria.
12. Changes to Terms
- RaqFlow may update these terms at any time
- Your continued use of RaqFlow after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms
- We will notify you of significant changes through the app
