- Delivery addresses you enter
- Pickup and destination locations for rides
- GPS location while using the app (only when the app is open and active)
Identity verification (vendors and riders only)
- NIN document photos

- Business front photo (vendors)
Payment and financial data
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- Bank account details (for users who withdraw)
- Payment records
- Card payments are processed and stored by Paystack. RaqFlow never stores your card numbers.

Access your data
View your profile, orders and transaction history in the app.
Update your data
Edit your profile at any time in the app.
Delete your account
Contact hello@raqflow.com to request account deletion. Personal data will be removed subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Push Notifications
We send push notifications for:
- Order and ride status updates
- Support ticket replies
- Ambassador earnings
- Important platform announcements
You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
8. Location Data
We collect your GPS location only when the app is open and actively in use. Location data is used to:
- Suggest delivery areas
- Connect you with nearby riders
We do not track your location when the app is closed.
9. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion:
- Personal data is removed within 30 days
- Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Nigerian financial regulations

- RaqFlow is not intended for users under 18 years of age
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors
